Refund policy

1. Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your package.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•       Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

•       Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

•       With all original tags still attached

•       In original or equivalent packaging

Items that do not qualify for return: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items marked as final sale; and gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at Info@franckstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. The only exception is if the item arrived damaged or we made an error — in that case, we will cover the return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, contact us at Info@franckstudios.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@franckstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
