Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 6-9 business days for delivery.

•       Shipping & delivery: 3-5 business days

•       Total estimated time: 6-10 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Orders, in the Netherlands, with a total value of €100 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below €100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders within the Netherlands and EU, VAT is included in the product price. For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Info@franckstudios.com.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or building management, contact the carrier directly, and then reach out to us at Info@franckstudios.com.
